Billing and payment details, once billing is set up. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not keep full card numbers on this website.

When you visit washmycan.com, your browser shares standard technical information with us and with the tools described under “Cookies and Website Analytics,” such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, approximate location, and whether you use our buttons and forms.

To confirm that your address is in our service area and to contact you about pricing, scheduling, and your first cleaning
To schedule, perform, and follow up on your cleaning service, including appointment reminders and service notices
To bill you and keep the records we need for accounting and tax purposes

Who Handles Your Information

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and our business. They process your information only on our behalf and for these purposes, not for their own marketing to you:

Google hosts the sign-up form (Google Forms), stores the responses we receive, and provides Google Tag Manager. Information you enter in the form is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Netlify hosts the website.
Namecheap provides our business email.
Our scheduling, billing, and customer-portal platform and payment processor, once we begin using them. We will update this policy when that happens.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wash My Can, our customers, or others.

Cookies and Website Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tools that help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and whether sign-up buttons and forms are used. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement may be affected.

Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Google, and local government pages, and embeds a Google Form. We do not control those sites, and their privacy practices are their own.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you joined our launch list but do not become a customer, we keep your details until you ask us to remove them.

You can opt out of launch and promotional messages at any time. We will still send service-related messages while you are a customer.
